Florida Condo Connections LLC is developing a group of select Realtors from across the state, who are reliable and easily accessible to Buyers and Sellers of Florida property worldwide.  With a focus on international clientele, Florida Condo Connections LLC is a one stop information source for foreign buyers interested in purchasing real estate in America.   The unique concept of specialization in the specific target market of condos for second home buyers and investors, has resulted in great recognition and confidence in the company.   With the ability to achieve more business for its affiliated Realtors, while providing a more efficient service for the public, Florida Condo Connections LLC has the  goal of attaining mutually beneficial long term professional relationships.

  3. Telephone prospecting to most probable buyers of second homes
  4. Membership with Canadian Snowbird Association and International business groups
  5. Large social media presence online
  6. Daily postings on Craigs List, Kijiji, and European online classifieds
  7. Regular ads in the Toronto Star – Canada’s largest newspaper

 

  REFERRAL PAYMENTS

  • 25% of gross commission, payable to Florida Condo Connections LLC, on all BUYER clients sent through the company
  • 25% of gross commission, payable to Florida Condo Connections LLC, on all LISTINGS referred by the company
  • 35% of gross commission, payable to Florida Condo Connections LLC, on all properties co-listed with Re/Max Realtron Inc in Toronto Canada
  • 10% of the gross commission on 3rd party referrals

  

MEMBERSHIP FEE

  • $250 for 1 year.  (After each 12 month period, if referrals payable to Florida Condo Connections LLC exceed the amount of $5,000, there will be no fee for the subsequent year) 

 

The President/Broker and Director of Florida Condo Connections LLC are also licensed active Realtors in Toronto, Ontario Canada.  Through their own everyday course of business, they are constantly pursuing buyers for Florida properties!

THIS IS A REFERRAL NETWORK BY MEMBERSHIP!  The membership fee is required upfront, and there will be NO exceptions.   We invest our time and resources into acquiring more leads for our affiliated agents, on a personal basis in the best regions to find Florida buyers.  We did the research, and no other company offers what we do.  PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US if you are not willing to comply with our terms.
