HEATHER DODOK

Heather Dodok began her career as the personal assistant to a legendary real estate broker who was one of the pioneers in many of the marketing concepts that have greatly impacted the real estate profession in the past two decades. Being at the forefront of industry developments both then and now, is an ongoing goal for Heather, who is always raising the bar for new challenges.

After 7 years working in real estate in Canada, Heather moved to Florida.  Following a brief period in a sales position with a developer in Fort Lauderdale, Heather accepted a unique opportunity in Palm Beach Florida to work with the elite brokers in this sought after prestigious oceanfront resort town. During this time, Heather was involved in the marketing of some of the most exclusive homes in America, and worked with many well known business, sports and entertainment figures.

After the hurricanes of 2004, Heather decided to take some time off, and spent 6 months touring Europe and Israel. This time away gave Heather a different perception on life, and she realized that the time had come for her to realize her dream of having her own company. In June 2006, Florida Condo Connections LLC was registered and developed with guidance from a former Fortune 500 CEO.

In 2009, Heather began to divide her time between Palm Beach, Florida, and Toronto, Ontario, where she has expanded the recognition of Florida Condo Connections LLC. This strategic move enabled Heather to utilize one of one of the most international cities in the world, to extend information to those interested in purchasing a second home in Florida. To be most efficient and diversified throughout the state, Heather then began to seek out quality agents throughout Florida who are experts in their geographical area to assist her in this endeavor.

Heather is currently available to you in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, for consultations on buying and selling property in Florida. Upon special request, Heather will personally assist you in your purchase or sale of a Florida residence.
